The primary focus for this role is around various reporting needs and preparing new On-Demand and Non On-Demand programs.\nAccountabilities:\nGenerate Reports and Process Continuing Legal Education Documentation and assist with day-to-day data entries in support of the consulting teams\nAssists in CLE Accreditation, Reporting, Renewals, Calls/Emails, and provide support as needed\nAssists in the creation of reports or audit responses based on state CLE requirements/requests\nKeep abreast of new state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs and provide customer support to lawyers across states CLE covers.\nAd-hoc projects, as assigned\nIndividual will gradually become familiar with state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs to be able to provide telephonic support\nContinually identifies improvements for CLE processes\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications :\nBachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units)\nAt least 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service (phone calls and email)\nBasic knowledge in MS Excel\nGood oral and written communication skills\nBackground in Web based tools (LexisNexis University, etc.)\nProject management - automation project\nAbility to manage time and tasks efficiently and can work with minimal supervision\nStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills\nStrong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes\nAbility to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
