You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to expand product usage, and help customers realize the value of LexisNexis solutions while contributing to retention and revenue growth.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for managing and closing renewal opportunities with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships to support retention and growth, as well as achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities\nIdentifying account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products\nEnsuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact\nAdhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets\nWorking with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions\nEducating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge\nRequirements\nBe results and target driven with a self-motivated aptitude\nHave excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning\nDemonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, leveraging data & insight and proven sales methodology to close opportunities\nHave experience working within a B2B sales/customer success environment and retaining and growing customers\nPossess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
