Based in Richmond, London, you will work closely with software engineering and cloud teams to improve cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability and platform reliability.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, maintain and support AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.\nSupport AWS services including EKS, EC2, ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route53, ALB, VPC, IAM, Systems Manager and CloudWatch.\nDevelop and maintain Terraform modules and reusable infrastructure patterns.\nBuild and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling.\nWork with development teams to improve deployment processes and release automation.\nApply cloud security best practices and support security remediation activities.\nMaintain monitoring, logging and alerting solutions and participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis.\nAutomate repetitive operational activities and use AI-assisted engineering tools to support troubleshooting, documentation and operational efficiency.\nContribute to continuous improvements across cloud platforms, tooling and engineering practices.\nRequirements\nGood hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with a range of cloud services such as EKS/AKS, EC2, ECS/Fargate, IAM, VPC/Virtual Networks, Route53, CloudFront, RDS, S3, ALB, Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Azure Storage and Azure Monitor.\nExperience with Terraform, CloudFormation or similar Infrastructure as Code tooling.\nExperience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices.\nBash or PowerShell scripting skills and experience working with Linux environments.\nFamiliarity with monitoring, logging, cloud security and IAM best practices.\nGood troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.\nExperience working with software engineering or Agile delivery teams.\nAn automation-first mindset and willingness to take ownership of delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.\nExposure to complementary technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, OpenSearch, Elastic Cloud, Python, AWS Control Tower, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, GCP, FinOps, cloud cost optimisation or AI-assisted engineering tools would be beneficial.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
