This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, mentoring developers, and supporting strategic decision-making.\nResponsibilities\nAct as a technical lead and point of contact for external technology partners.\n\nContribute to product design and architecture.\n\nCollaborate with customers and end users to understand needs.\n\nProvide expert guidance on coding and technical issues.\n\nWrite and review technical specifications and complex code.\n\nResolve advanced bugs and performance issues.\n\nDesign and manage complex data models.\n\nMentor and support the growth of other developers.\n\nParticipate in cross-functional planning and project execution.\n\nRequirements\n10+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.\n\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nProficiency in English and Spanish.\n\nBased in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to our Reforma office.\n\nStrong experience with .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Angular), and modern development tools.\n\nExpertise in data modeling, optimization, and test-driven development.\n\nFamiliarity with architectural principles and scalable system design.\n\nExperience working with diverse teams and external technology providers.\n\nStrong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
