Operates with moderate supervision while developing functional expertise.\nJob Responsibilities:\nTo minimize overdue balances and aging in line with the RELX Global Credit Policy, Terms, Conditions and Procedures.\nTo set up and maintain a good professional relationship with Customers.\nTo adhere to the processes set out by the Credit Policy and to minimize risk of loss through delinquent customers.\nTo support Customer Services, Sales and Accounts Receivables Department to solve customer queries in order to minimize outstanding errors and disputes on the sales ledgers. Support the escalations from the team calls/emails.\nTo make sure all reports are generate on time and with accurate information.\nTo keep the team updated with any relevant information about the process and activities.\nTo coordinate trainings and new assignments for the team.\nTo conduct regular huddles with the team using the VM Boards.\nTo assure all shared inboxes are attended in a timely manner.\nTo control the flow of calls making sure we maintain a low rate of abandonment calls.\nTo coordinate with the team to make sure they meet the deadlines in a monthly basis.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\nWith at least 6 months relevant work experience\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nProblem-solving and analytical mindset\nAbility to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
