experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Management, or a related field.\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or related courses.\nExposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools preferred.\nExperience working with data from multiple sources is a plus.\nExposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, machine learning concepts, or AI-assisted productivity and analytics tools is a plus.\n- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nBasic analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBasic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nWorking knowledge of Python for data analysis, data preparation, and automation tasks.\nAbility to access, extract, blend, and prepare data from multiple sources.\nUnderstanding of data quality, data governance, and data validation techniques.\nFamiliarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar).\nAbility to create charts, dashboards, reports, and information products that communicate insights effectively.\nUnderstanding of common visualization techniques and chart selection based on business needs.\nBasic understanding of statistical concepts, analytical methodologies, and data modeling principles.\nAbility to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks from data.\nUnderstanding of how analytics and metrics support data-driven decision-making.\nAbility to interpret business requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.\nAbility to audiences.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered analytics, reporting, and productivity tools is a plus.\nAwareness of emerging AI and Generative AI technologies and their application in analytics, reporting, customer-focused mindset.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport senior analysts in delivering reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.\nExtract, consolidate, cleanse, validate, and prepare data from multiple approved sources.\nBuild, maintain, and update recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and information products.\nMaintain reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, relevance, reliability, and business value.\nPerform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.\nAssist in developing data visualizations that effectively communicate business insights.\nConduct basic analyses to identify trends, patterns, performance indicators, business opportunities, and potential risks.\nSupport stakeholder requests by gathering data and providing analytical outputs.\nParticipate in discussions regarding analytical findings and recommendations.\nPrepare and present reports, dashboards, and analytical findings to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights, trends, risks, and opportunities.\nTranslate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights that support stakeholder decision-making.\nFollow established data governance, security, and reporting standards.\nDocument data sources, business rules, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical processes.\nEscalate data issues, reporting risks, and project blockers to senior team members as appropriate.\nParticipate in testing and validation of new reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.\nCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to support a culture of data-driven decision-making.\nDemonstrate continuous learning and application of analytics
