Working across Sales, IT, Marketing, and Compliance teams, this role helps improve operational efficiency, data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance standards to support informed business decisions.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain automated workflows within CRM and related sales systems\nAutomate lead routing, opportunity management, and follow-up processes\nReduce manual data entry through system integrations\nOptimize sales funnel tracking and forecasting processes\nPartner with Sales Leadership to improve pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy\nEstablish and maintain data standards, definitions, and naming conventions\nDevelop and enforce data validation rules and required fields\nMonitor and improve data quality (deduplication, cleansing, normalization)\nManage user roles, permissions, and access controls\nEnsure compliance with applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, POPIA, CCPA)\nRequirements\nExperience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Administration\nStrong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)\nExperience designing automation workflows and process improvements\nKnowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality management\nUnderstanding of privacy and data protection regulations\nAbility to optimize sales processes through automation and system integration\nExperience supporting reporting, analytics, and performance tracking\nStrong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple business functions\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
