Utilizes this knowledge in handling customer requests to add value to customer interactions.\n\nDevelops and support reporting and BI systems across business functions.\n\nDesigns and develops reports and dashboards that are user-friendly, scalable across multiple teams, provide drill down capabilities, and supported by the agreed methods and tools.\n\nPerforms advanced data hygiene checks and implement precautionary measures to ensure data quality.\n\nVerifies the collected data is within required quality standards.\n\nPlays an active role in maintenance of reports, dashboards, and databases.\n\nAdheres to current standards (e.g., GDPR requirements).\n\nCreates (wherever applicable) and maintains documentation related to data infrastructure, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions, and stores output in appropriate repositories.\n\nAssists in the development of end-user training materials.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units\n\n1 year of relevant experience\n\nExperience in a business or sales environment analyzing data, writing queries, and developing reporting solutions.\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to relate information into actionable recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and business initiatives.\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications\n\nAbility to work effectively with all levels of the sales organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.\n\nAbility to take direction and work independently yet able to work in a team-driven atmosphere.\n\nWilling to work on fixed night shift\n\nRequires proficient use of SQL, Outlook, Excel and Internet Applications\n\nStrong organizational, time management and forecasting skills\n\nInternet connection - 10mbps above\n\nProven customer service skills and strong customer focus required.\n\nExposure in Tableau, Salesforce and PowerBI is an advantage\n\nAbility to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
