B2C background highly preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, collections, investigative workflows, or adjacent domains.\n\nExperience applying modern product operating principles inspired by leading product organizations.\n\nExperience working with generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, and conversational interfaces.\n\nBackground partnering closely with UX research and product design organizations.\n\nAbility to travel 5-10%\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800.
