Must be articulate within the language requirements\nExpert-level ability to deliver client presentations and performance analysis via the telephone and in-person to high-level clients and senior management\nCreate a professional services roadmap to plan and drive client engagement efforts\nProficient with MS Project (and similar tools)\nExpert-level affinity to try new methods and new approaches to problem-solving while demonstrating an intellectual curiosity and inquisitive nature\nProven research and product skills shown to be effective in obtaining information, as well as the ability to analyze an organization's competitive position and develop a clear and compelling vision of what the organization needs for success in the future will be\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Strategic Account Managers, fraud analysts, technical consultants and product teams.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.\nProficiency in Python is a plus!\n7+ years client-facing/consulting experience preferred\nWorking knowledge of SaaS and “big data” (e. g. Hadoop/Impala) solutions a plus!\nPMP or similar certification a plus!\nExperience analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud.\nExpert-level relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients\nExpert-level time management skills and strict adherence to timelines, with the ability to operate within a structured approach and to deliver results\nPossesses the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently\nDemonstrates ability to work well under pressure, sense of purpose, drive, motivation, able to be coached, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability and integrity\nCoordinates timely implementation of product enhancements and bug fixes with product management team\nWorks with the product team to further develop knowledge on particular solutions to enhance the client's experience with LexisNexis Risk Solutions.\nActive participation in product road map discussions as client representative and advocate\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700.
