About the Role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing Nexis Solutions business through prospecting for new clients and developing new business opportunities within the Enterprise segment.
The Sales Specialist will ideally have domain knowledge of Risk & Compliance requirements and workflow to be able to leverage our unique news, company and patent data sets. Our solutions cover media and web monitoring as well as analytics solutions, including brand and reputation management, due diligence and compliance solutions including anti-money laundering and anti-bribery and corruption, and other information research tools.
Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of working successfully in a business development role in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment within the Enterprise segment
- Tech/SaaS background
- Deep media & business intelligence and or KYC understanding
- World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a “hunter” strong sales ‘closer’
- Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Applied knowledge of best practice sales techniques, including negotiation, presentation skills and general communication
- Significant Product and Workflow Expertise.
