You will own reporting for critical supplier data, help scale a modern operational data layer using Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps, and partner with procurement professionals to deliver insights, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions that support sourcing and strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence data governance, improve decision-making, and drive operational excellence across a global procurement organization.\nResponsibilities\nOwn consolidated reporting for GP-owned operational data tracked at the parent-supplier level, including price protection, contacts, code of conduct, ESG/Carbon metrics, and critical supplier dimensions\nServe as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps, advising on new use cases and capabilities\nPartner closely with the GP Technology team, providing analytic, AI, and general support across sourcing and strategic initiatives\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve spend data anomalies in collaboration with the GP Data Analytics Senior Manager\nLead periodic reporting on Global Procurement key performance objectives against targets\nMaintain users and suppliers for Dun & Bradstreet key supplier alerts to support early risk detection\nEstablish and maintain data governance standards, including ownership, access controls, quality checks, and audit trails\nContribute analytics, reporting, and strategic communications that help drive procurement outcomes\nRequirements\nBackground in financial or operational reporting and analytics\nAI fluency, practical LLM capabilities, and commitment to continuous development and use of AI skills\nExperience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps\nStrong Excel skills; Alteryx experience is a plus\nComfort working with large datasets and data enrichment concepts, including parentage and classification\nAbility to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions\nStrong written and oral communication skills with close attention to detail\nAbility to collaborate effectively across finance, technology, and procurement teams\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
