You will work with financial data, systems, and reporting tools to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide insights while collaborating with internal stakeholders and supporting financial compliance and best practices.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor and analyze financial and operational data using established finance systems and protocols\nCreate, analyze, and monitor budgets while identifying trends, variances, and forecasts\nSupport financial accounting activities, including classifying, measuring, and recording financial transactions\nDevelop and maintain database reports and financial reporting outputs for stakeholders\nRetrieve, organize, protect, and process data to support business objectives\nAnalyze data trends and compile reports to support decision-making and business planning\nSupport the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols\nRespond to internal and external finance-related inquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters as appropriate\nRequirements\nExperience working with finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis processes\nIntermediate financial analysis skills with the ability to apply financial concepts and methodologies\nKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial planning activities\nUnderstanding of financial accounting principles and transaction processing\nExperience with data control, data management, and information retrieval tools\nStrong database reporting and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard business software\nEffective verbal communication, problem-solving, and planning skills\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
