Sales Enablement and Digital Experience Solutions\n· Highspot Sales Plays, SmartPages, and Industry Pages\n· SharePoint sites and landing pages\n· Digital-content management and publishing\n· User-experience and content organization\n· Creative sales-enablement assets\n· Usage analytics and engagement reporting\nKey Responsibilities\n· Lead, coach, and develop Global Effectiveness team members.\n· Set objectives, conduct performance discussions, manage employee requirements, and support career development.\n· Manage work intake, prioritization, assignment, capacity, timelines, dependencies, and risks.\n· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of:\no Global Effectiveness operations, reporting, LMS administration, SharePoint, and automation\no Learning content, multimedia, accessibility, and quality assurance\no Highspot, Sales Plays, digital experiences, analytics, and creative assets\n· Partner directly with global business process owners to clarify requirements, manage reviews, and communicate progress.\n· Maintain quality, brand, accessibility, documentation, and publishing standards.\n· Drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and business continuity.\n· Escalate material scope, capacity, compliance, or delivery risks to the Operations Manager.\n· Continue to independently deliver assigned projects or recurring responsibilities within the supervisor’s functional expertise.\n· Perform other supervisory and operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.\nDecision-Making Authority\nCan independently manage and decide:\n· Assign and prioritize workloads based on business requirements, stakeholder priorities, team capacity, and delivery commitments.\n· Determine delivery methods, internal workflows, quality-control practices, and process improvements.\n· Manage team coverage, work schedules, and routine timeline adjustments.\n· Conduct and document coaching, development discussions, and performance checkpoints.\n· Develop and maintain staffing, capacity, coverage, and continuity plans.\n· Manage the operational execution of assigned projects, including resources, capacity, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks, while coordinating material scope or priority changes with stakeholders and leadership.\n· Coordinate business-content and policy updates with designated process owners and manage the team’s implementation of approved changes.\n· Manage approved funds, monitor expenditures, and recommend budget adjustments when needed.\n· Identify and document performance concerns and manage the appropriate corrective-action process in partnership with the Operations Manager and HR.\n· Assess team and organizational needs and recommend appropriate staffing, job-profile, compensation, or structural changes.\n· Prepare supporting documentation and business justifications for leadership, HR, or C&B review.\n· Implement approved operational, staffing, compensation, job-profile, policy, and organizational changes.\nSuccess Measures\n· Achievement of team and individual objectives\n· Accurate and timely completion of deliverables\n· Positive stakeholder feedback\n· Effective workload, capacity, and continuity management\n· Timely completion of coaching, performance, and employee documentation\n· Compliance with quality, accessibility, and governance standards\n· Measurable process, automation, and operational improvements\n· Successful implementation of approved staffing and organizational actions\n· Achievement of the supervisor’s individual KPOs assigned by Operations Management\n· Timely and effective delivery of additional responsibilities assigned by the broader management team\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree holder \nRelevant experience in Global Effectiveness, sales enablement, learning content, multimedia, business operations, or a similar function.\nDemonstrated leadership through people management, project leadership, coaching, mentoring, or work coordination.\nExperience managing deliverables, priorities, capacity, timelines, and global stakeholder requirements.\nStrong communication, decision-making, organizational, and performance-management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant business, enablement, learning, design, or automation tools.\nDemonstrated use of AI to improve productivity, quality, decision-making, or stakeholder outcomes, with a strong interest in advancing AI adoption, automation, and Digital Transformation.\nAbility to lead the team while completing assigned individual KPOs.\nA specific degree is not required.
