You will use data, market insight and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, coordinate launches, and deliver commercial outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape growth initiatives while partnering closely with product, marketing, sales and business leadership teams.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the Go-to-Market strategy, planning and execution for geographical markets across segments, ensuring opportunities are effectively prioritised and delivered. \nIdentify, validate and execute tactical opportunities that support in-year financial performance. \nDevelop and lead project plans for approved business initiatives, including new solutions, product modules, content exclusives, partnerships and analytics projects. \nTrack delivery against agreed financial outcomes and report progress to the relevant General Management lead. \nCollaborate closely with General Management, product, marketing, sales, enablement and operations to coordinate product launches and Go-to-Market activity. \nBuild strong relationships with sales teams to identify and prioritise commercial opportunities and optimise execution for growth. \nSupport the General Manager and Segment General Managers with analysis and the development of a cohesive Go-to-Market strategy across products, channels and supporting resources. \nManage multiple concurrent projects, keeping stakeholders informed and delivery timelines on track. \nRequirements\nStrong analytical capability, with experience using data to shape strategy and translate it into practical Go-to-Market activity. \nStrong project management skills, including ownership of complex initiatives through to delivery. \nExperience in a Go-to-Market environment, ideally within segment management, sales or marketing. \nExperience of strategic planning and designing and implementing product launch plans. \nAbility to assess and prioritise commercial opportunities effectively. \nProven ability to collaborate, motivate, influence and coordinate stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation. \nStrategic and intellectual capability combined with creative and innovative thinking. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and composure to engage senior management. \nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
