What matters most is that you genuinely want a career in sales, are confident speaking with people and are motivated to learn.\nYou'll work alongside experienced sales professionals and build the skills and commercial experience that can set you up for future opportunities in business development and sales.\nWhat you'll be doing\nMaking outbound calls to small law firms and introducing LexisNexis solutions\nSpeaking with prospective customers to understand their business needs\nGenerating new sales opportunities through phone, email and targeted outreach\nFollowing up inbound leads and marketing campaigns\nQualifying prospective customers and identifying genuine opportunities\nBooking product demonstrations and appointments\nWorking with Business Development Managers to progress opportunities\nBuilding your knowledge of legal technology, AI and professional sales\nUsing CRM and digital tools to manage your activity and pipeline\nUsing AI tools to help improve prospecting, productivity and customer engagement\nWhat we're looking for\nYou don't need years of experience. We're looking for potential, attitude and a genuine interest in sales.\nYou'll likely be someone who:\nIs a recent graduate or early in your career\nIs genuinely interested in building a career in sales\nEnjoys speaking with people and is comfortable picking up the phone\nHas confidence, energy and strong communication skills\nIs motivated by goals, targets and achieving results\nCan stay positive when you hear \"no\" and keep going\nIs curious, coachable and keen to develop\nIs interested in technology and AI\nEnjoys working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment\nExperience in retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, telesales or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.\nA legal background isn't required either.
