The role focuses on effectively fulfilling and delivering tasks related to:\nStrategic Partner - assists line managers in solving organization, people and even change-related issues. \nChange Agent - institutionalizes change capability within the organization \nAdministrative Expert - creates and delivers effective and efficient HR processes, services tailored to unique business requirements \nEmployee Champion - helps build workforce commitment\nKey Responsibilities:\nHR Program Design and Delivery: Design, implement and monitor HR programs, processes and initiatives aligned with business priorities and HR functional standards. \nBusiness Partnership: Partner with business leaders and managers to understand strategic objectives, workforce requirements and organizational challenges. Actively collaborate to plan for long-term human capital needs and trends, including capability, succession, and retention. \nEmployee Relations and Advisory Support: Provide timely, balanced and policy-aligned guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations issues, performance concerns and organizational practices. \nConflict Resolution: Helps address employee issues and disputes by providing fair, balanced support and serving as a neutral mediator, while remaining sensitive to cultural dynamics. \nTalent and Performance: Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development activities; help managers translate talent insights into action plans. \nChange and Organization Effectiveness: Contribute to organization design, change management and culture initiatives by providing HR expertise, stakeholder engagement and practical implementation support. \nData and Reports Management: Generates, interprets, and analyzes HR reports to provide insights and strategic action plans. Ensures accurate maintenance and updates of employee data in HR databases and systems, aligning with data privacy and protection laws in the Philippines. \nPolicy and Compliance: Apply HR policies, employment practices and relevant legal or regulatory requirements consistently; identify risks and recommend appropriate actions. \nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools and service delivery; contribute to standardization, simplification and continuous improvement efforts. \nEngagement and Culture Initiatives: Leads and supports employee engagement activities for REPH and division-driven events, from planning and design through to execution and evaluation. Collaborates with stakeholders to cultivate a positive work culture that aligns with Filipino workplace values such as family-oriented, relationship-focused, and community-driven approaches. \nTypical Decisions and Problem Solving\nAssesses moderately complex HR issues and selects appropriate solutions using established policies, precedents, data and professional judgment. \nBalances employee, manager and business perspectives while maintaining confidentiality, fairness and compliance. \nDetermines when to resolve matters independently and when to escalate to HR leadership, legal counsel, centers of excellence or senior business stakeholders. \nSkills and Competencies\nBusiness acumen and ability to translate business needs into HR priorities. \nAnalytical thinking, problem solving and sound professional judgment. \nStakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills. \nClear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain HR topics to non-HR audiences. \nConfidentiality, integrity and balanced decision-making. \nProject coordination and continuous improvement mindset. \nAbility to coach managers and provide informal guidance to other HR members. \nRequired Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's Degree holder\nRelevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR specialist working with managers and employee population. \nSound understanding of HR policies, employment practices, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and HR program delivery. \nDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, solve complex problems and make practical recommendations. \nExperience contributing to HR projects, process improvements or change initiatives. \nOpen to flexible work schedules, depending on business needs. \nAbility to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
