This DS make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices with an eye for performance and reliability.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and algorithms.\nDesign and implement advanced data analysis, and produce actionable insights to improve business operations and strategies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop solutions to address them.\nDevelop scalable and efficient data-driven solutions and products.\nCommunicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.\nStay updated with state-of-the-art data science techniques and methodologies, and integrate them into the team's work.\nOversee the creation and maintenance of statistical models and data architectures.\nRequirements:\nMaster's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\nProven experience (8+ years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.\nStrong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.\nExperience in [industry or specific area relevant to the role] is a plus.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
