This is a role for a confident, collaborative operator who thrives in a cross-functional environment, ready to guide and support colleagues while driving end-to-end campaign delivery and performance.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn end-to-end campaign delivery for priority business areas and portfolio initiatives\nAct as primary liaison for Audience and Field teams, ensuring briefs are clear, aligned, and translated into actionable execution plans\nDrive campaign strategy and execution support for regional campaigns\nCoordinate cross-functionally across Content, Creative, and execution teams\nLead campaign performance tracking, optimization, and insight sharing for priority business areas and portfolio initiatives\nReports into Director of Global Campaigns\nTYPICAL ACTIVITIES\nLead or partner on the development of campaign strategies based on briefs from Audience and/or Field\nIntegrate global priorities and regional needs into cohesive campaign approaches\nManage campaign briefing, ensuring inputs are clear, aligned, and actionable\nCoordinate creative and asset development with Content and Creative teams\nTranslate campaign strategy into localized execution with Field teams\nLead end-to-end campaign delivery and optimization\nShare performance insights with Audience, Field, and Product teams\nWorks with peers across Demand & Lifecycle Marketing to ensure cohesiveness and coordination across multiple campaigns in market\nPROFILE & EXPERIENCE\nStrong experience in B2B campaign or demand generation marketing\nProven ability to manage multi-channel campaign execution and optimization\nStrong stakeholder management across Audience, Field, and Marketing teams\nConfident cross-functional operator who can guide and support junior colleagues\nWHY THIS ROLE MATTERS\nAt Elsevier, campaigns are the engine that connects strategy to market impact.
