Apply now!\nMultinational leader in the events and trade show sector is seeking:\nOperations Specialist in the Trade Show Sector\nThe candidate we are looking for possesses strong organizational skills, has already gained experience in similar roles, and will be integrated into an international and dynamic team. The role involves participating in the management and coordination of event operations, ensuring their proper execution according to management objectives.\nMain Responsibilities and Duties\nManage or participate in managing and coordinating the operations for the shows within the portfolio.\nPrepare the \"Participation Dossier\", verify, together with the legal firm, the aspects related to the Regulations and GDPR (Privacy) and ensure their correct implementation in the event documentation; prepare the Useful Information for Exhibitors.\nDraft (using AutoCAD LT) and validate the event layout or the assigned Halls in coordination with the sales targets set by management, considering commercial needs.\nManage the suppliers responsible for the realization of setups and/or various supplies.\nOversee and control exhibitors' stand projects and obtain the necessary authorizations from the location.\nGuarantee effective communication between exhibitors and the sales and marketing teams to resolve or anticipate issues related to the realization of various areas.\nCoordinate the activities of the team involved in organizing and executing the show by providing continuous support; proactively facilitate coordination meetings to keep track of project progress.\nIn collaboration with a consulting firm, coordinate activities related to maintaining the ISO 20121:2024 certification (sustainable event management); define objectives, update documentation, and participate in audits with the auditing company.\nRequired Qualifications\nUniversity degree or specialization school.\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the sector.\nGood knowledge of the English language and of MS Office (particularly Excel).\nBasic knowledge of AutoCAD LT is appreciated.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to resolve conflicts diplomatically.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\nWorking Hours:\nFull-time (8 hours per day)\nWork Location:\nMilan - Via Marostica, 1 (availability for travel within Italy or abroad)\nRX are fully committed to a fair and equitable work environment for our people and in all the countries and territories in which we operate, we comply with local employment and equality laws\n\nPrimary Location Base Pay Range: Italy - Milan (Via Marostica) €32 600 - €54 300. \n\nThis role is covered by a collective labor agreement in Italy.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
