We balance current customer and market needs with innovative uses of technology that can shape the future of insurance workflows and industry standards.\nAbout the Role\nYou will help shape the Property Intelligence platform by connecting customer needs, product insights, and measurable outcomes. You will work across customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to strengthen product adoption and engagement while using analytics, feedback, and agentic workflows to support effective product management.\nResponsibilities\nEngage regularly with internal and external customers to gain a deep understanding of their use cases, businesses, and competitive landscapes.\nBuild and maintain KPI reporting and analytics used to evaluate product adoption, customer engagement, operational performance, and progress against strategic goals.\nFacilitate feedback loops to quantify and report on the impact of platform initiatives.\nEnable sales, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand the capabilities, value, and direction of the Property Intelligence platform.\nGather a wide range of information from internal and external sources to drive commercially viable decisions for the product and organization.\nBuild and maintain a suite of agentic workflows to support the wider product management team.\nRequirements\nStrong understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery practices.\nExperience gathering customer feedback and translating customer requests into actionable requirements and product insights.\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.\nExperience creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred.\nAbility to work with technical concepts including APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data structures.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.\nExperience working with insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is a plus.\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.\n\nBase Pay Range for CO is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for NY is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $114,300 - $190,500. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $90,500 - $150,900.
