Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, the GPA PMO plays a key role in advancing solutions that help customers manage fraud, identity, financial crime, credit risk, and customer data challenges\nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Project Manager I, you will lead medium-to-large, complex projects and strategic initiatives that have enterprise-wide impact. You will partner across multiple functions to drive alignment, manage delivery excellence, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, navigate ambiguity, and help shape project management best practices while delivering meaningful outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nLead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.\nDefine and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.\nManage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting.\nInfluence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.\nEnsure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.\nMentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.\nSupport go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable).\nRequirements\nExperience: 5-9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.\nProven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, challenging timelines, and resource constraints.\nStrong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.\nExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.\nProficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nExperience leveraging AI tools within project management practices.\nCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.\nRisk benefit statement\nLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work https://relx.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/RiskSolutions/page/21c296c982531000b79663f3194b0000\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800.
