Our Software Engineering team develops innovative, customer-focused products that create meaningful value and impact.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Site Reliability Engineer I, you will contribute to the design, automation, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will collaborate across teams to improve deployments, observability, system availability, security, and operational processes across our environments.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.\nManage and maintain AKS clusters, including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform, Helm, and Argo.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions integrated with Azure services.\nContainerize applications using Docker and deploy them to AKS.\nCollaborate with Information Security teams to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure.\nOptimize networking configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues across cloud environments.\nCollaborate with software engineers to improve deployment processes and system architecture.\nRequirements\nExperience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.\nProven experience managing AKS clusters in production environments with hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, GitHub workflows or CI/CD tools, and infrastructure automation.\nMust have experience in Orchestration tools like Kubernetes and IAC platform (Terraform).\nGood to have exposure in Helm, Argo CD, AWS, Monitoring Platform, Azure Databricks, ADF etc.,\nStrong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud-native environments.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.\nAzure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104), Terraform, CKA.
