You'll provide direct input to project plans and schedules, translating user requests into effective solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic direction and execute functional business plans. This role significantly contributes to driving the accomplishment of organizational objectives through complex research, design, and software development tasks.\nResponsibilities\nPerforming complex research, design, and software development tasks within a software functional area or product line such as Lexis+ AI.\n\nWriting and reviewing detailed specifications for complex system components.\n\nCompleting complex bug fixes and resolving technical issues as necessary.\n\nUnderstanding and translating complex product requirements into software designs.\n\nImplementing development processes, coding best practices, and conducting code reviews.\n\nDesigning and working with complex data models.\n\nKeeping abreast of new technology developments and interfacing with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.\n\n Requirements\nBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience designing and developing software within a product or functional area\n\nExhibit expertise in .Net (C#)\n\nFluent in English and Spanish.\n\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall\n\nProficiency in working with data models, data storage subsystems, and data manipulation techniques\n\nAbility to work effectively across teams and interface with technical stakeholders\n\nExperience applying industry best practices in software development and testing\n\nAbility to write and review technical documentation and specifications\n\nReside in Mexico City and available to work onsite 2 days per week.\n\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
