You’ll help implement automation, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with senior engineers to learn and apply best practices. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of cloud technologies, automation tools, and data platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in implementing cloud infrastructure as code (primarily Azure) to support applications.\nWork with data storage systems under guidance from senior team members. \nHelp develop and maintain automated workflows for deploying applications and infrastructure. \nParticipate in troubleshooting and incident resolution, documenting solutions and preventive measures. \nCollaborate with engineers and non-technical team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks. \nLearn and apply CI/CD, automation, and monitoring best practices. \nFollow security best practices and assist in implementing controls to protect data and infrastructure. \nContribute to team documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. \nRequirements:\n1-3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or related IT roles (internships and projects count). \nFamiliarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable). \nBasic understanding of networking concepts (VNETs, DNS, routing). \nExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. \nExposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.). \nUnderstanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub). \nBasic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools. \nFamiliarity with concepts like containerization, serverless functions, or automation workflows is a plus. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred. \nEquivalent experience and/or technical certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) will be considered. \nWorking for you:\nHealth Benefits: Comprehensive, multi-carrier program for medical, dental and vision benefits\nRetirement Benefits: 401(k) with match and an Employee Share Purchase Plan\nWellbeing: Wellness platform with incentives, Headspace app subscription, Employee Assistance and Time-off Programs\nShort-and-Long Term Disability, Life and Accidental Death Insurance, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity\nFamily Benefits, including bonding and family care leaves, adoption and surrogacy benefits\nHealth Savings, Health Care, Dependent Care and Commuter Spending Accounts\nIn addition to annual Paid Time Off, we offer up to two days of paid leave each to participate in Employee Resource Groups and to volunteer with your charity of choice\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400.
