It’s a broad engineering environment where the team gets to solve real operational problems while shaping how services are built and run.\nAbout the Role\nThe Site Reliability Engineer III is responsible for improving the reliability, scalability, security and operational maturity of cloud-hosted platforms and services. The role combines software engineering, platform engineering and operational support practices to ensure business-critical systems remain resilient, observable and efficient. The engineer will work closely with application, infrastructure, security and operations teams to deliver automation, observability, cloud platform improvements and reliability initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nSupport highly available production services and participate in on-call and major incident response.\nInvestigate incidents and service degradation, lead recovery efforts, and develop Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) with corrective actions.\nParticipate in disaster recovery, failover, resilience testing, operational readiness reviews, and post-incident improvements.\nIdentify recurring issues and drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nDesign, build and operate AWS ECS (Fargate) platforms and lead migrations of workloads from EC2/VMs to containers.\nDeliver container and supply chain security improvements, including hardened base images, image scanning, vulnerability remediation, and secure CI/CD pipelines, in partnership with InfoSec.\nSupport cloud-native workloads across AWS and Azure, including Kubernetes-based platforms.\nDevelop automation, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and CI/CD improvements to enhance reliability and developer productivity.\nPartner with development, infrastructure, database, security, and operations teams to promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments; Azure experience is a plus.\nExperience with AWS services including ECS/Fargate, ECR, EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Route 53, and Load Balancing.\nStrong knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, containers, cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, and distributed systems.\nProficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.\nExperience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent CI/CD tooling, including GitOps practices.\nExperience securing container workloads, such as image hardening, vulnerability scanning and remediation, secrets management, or meeting security and compliance controls.\nExperience with observability platforms and technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and centralized logging.\nStrong incident management skills, including technical recovery, RCA facilitation, and corrective actions.\nExperience with Linux administration and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
