This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring, and contributing to project planning and execution. You’ll help shape technical direction, support team growth, and ensure high-quality delivery.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the first point of contact for technical issues within your team.\n\nCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to finalize requirements.\n\nWrite and review technical specifications and code for moderately complex systems.\n\nResolve advanced bugs and technical challenges.\n\nTranslate product requirements into effective software designs.\n\nPromote best practices in development, including code reviews and testing.\n\nWork in Agile, Kanban, or other development environments.\n\nMentor and support junior engineers in their growth.\n\nStay current with emerging technologies and trends.\n\nDesign and manage complex data models.\n\nLead team operations including hiring, training, performance feedback, and fostering innovation.\n\nEncourage accountability, continuous learning, and inclusive collaboration.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nFluent in English and Spanish.\n\nReside in Mexico City and available to work onsite 2 days per week.\n\nProficient in .NET/C# and Angular.\n\nFamiliar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.\n\nSkilled in test-driven development and working with complex data models.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources.\n\nStrong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.\n\nEffective communicator across diverse audiences and organizational levels.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
