We collaborate in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative solutions, and demonstrating meticulousness.\nAbout the Role\nYou'll be responsible for leading reporting, automation, and standardization initiatives that improve efficiency, data integrity, and financial decision-making. Serves as the Oracle Fusion reporting subject matter expert (SME), developing and optimizing financial reports, driving governance and controls, and partnering with Finance and Systems teams to implement process improvements and new technologies. Owns projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support, while providing analytical insights for month-end close, forecasting, and planning activities. Combines strong financial analysis, accounting expertise, automation capabilities, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable, standardized Finance solutions.\nThis position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain the finance reporting portfolio by creating new reports and optimizing existing reports to improve accessibility, accuracy, and decision-making.\n\nServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion reporting and governance, ensuring data integrity, adherence to standards, effective controls, and ongoing user support across Finance.\n\nLead automation and standardization initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve process efficiency, and promote consistent financial reporting and planning practices across the organization.\n\nTake end-to-end ownership of reporting and automation enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, governance, and post-deployment support.\n\nPartner with the Financial Systems Administration team and business stakeholders to evaluate, test, and implement new tools, technologies, and process improvements that enhance Finance operations.\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive adoption, knowledge transfer, and sustainable support of reporting, automation, and governance processes.\n\nProvide analytical support during month-end close, forecasting, and planning cycles, delivering insights and recommendations that support operational and financial decision-making.\n\nRequirements\nSolid financial, analytical, and accounting skills\n\n3+ years prior experience in substantial diverse financial analysis and accounting\n\nAdvanced computer skills including Excel and Hyperion\n\nStrong organizational skills and detailed orientation\n\nEffective communication and presentation skills\n\nAnalytical thinking, inclusive of problem assessment and recommendation\n\nPlanning and organizational awareness\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFunctional Knowledge: 3+ months experience with Dodeca report building and Microsoft Copilot usage\n\nBusiness Expertise: Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes or services\n\nLeadership: Leads functional teams or projects and serves as a best practice/quality resource\n\nProblem Solving: Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems\n\nImpact: Work is guided by department and project objectives\n\nInterpersonal Skills: Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400.
