In this role, you will design and develop secure, cloud-native applications that leverage modern AI services to enable intelligent media processing and real-time data extraction. You will collaborate across engineering, product, UX, security, and operations teams while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance on enterprise-scale solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop enterprise-scale applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot.\nBuild scalable microservices, APIs, and event-driven integrations.\nIntegrate AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, and Document Intelligence.\nDevelop secure, cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, and containerized platforms.\nEstablish architecture standards for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams.\nProvide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship.\nDrive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering best practices.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\n10+ years of experience in Software Engineering along with 8+ years in Java/Spring Boot, React, and modern web architectures.\nExperience with Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.\nExperience in integrating AI/ML technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, security, scalability, and DevSecOps practices.\nProven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions.\nExperience with audio, video, image processing, or media platforms.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.\nExperience building Generative AI solutions and enterprise AI applications.\nBackground in highly regulated industries such as public safety, healthcare, finance, or government.\nPrevious experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Principal Engineer.\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800.
