We partner closely with technology, design, data science, sales, marketing, strategy, and executive leadership to bring transformative solutions to market.\n\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior UX Designer will lead all UX design activities for KYC Orchestrator and serve as the key voice of the user representing UX within this product team. You will work closely with Product Management, UX Research, Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and design effective product experiences.\n\nYou will help shape the product from its early stages by understanding customer workflows, exploring important use cases, creating and testing design concepts, and translating findings into clear design recommendations.\n\nThe successful candidate will be comfortable working on complex and evolving product challenges. You will combine customer-centered thinking with hands-on design execution, use research and product evidence to guide your work, and help cross-functional partners better understand the needs of users.\n\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end UX design for KYC Orchestrator, from customer discovery and concept development through implementation.\nTranslate complex KYC data, risk signals, evidence, and investigation workflows into intuitive, actionable user experiences.\nCreate customer journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, design patterns, and high-fidelity designs.\nDesign and explore AI-assisted experiences with appropriate transparency, evidence visibility, human review, and user control.\nPartner with Product Management and customers to conduct interviews, workflow analysis, concept testing, and usability evaluations.\nUse customer feedback, research, analytics, and product data to validate problems and continuously improve solutions.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements.\nLead design reviews and communicate design concepts, research findings, recommendations, and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nExperience in UX, product, interaction, or related design roles.\nExperience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or workflow-driven systems.\nDemonstrated experience leading UX design for products, features, or significant initiatives.\nStrong skills in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity design.\nProficiency with Figma and familiarity with modern design tools and practices.\nExperience translating customer research, feedback, analytics, and product insights into effective design solutions.\nStrong communication, presentation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nPortfolio demonstrating customer-centered problem solving, design execution, iteration, and collaboration.\n\nPreferred Qualification\nExperience with data-rich, configurable, or workflow-intensive products.\nExperience with compliance, risk, financial services, investigations, or decision-support solutions.\nExperience designing AI-assisted, generative AI, conversational, or agent-supported experiences.\nFamiliarity with responsible AI principles, including transparency, source visibility, human review, and user control.\nExperience taking new products from customer discovery through validation and delivery.\nFamiliarity with Agile/lean product development, design systems, and reusable components.\n\nPortfolio Requirement\nSubmission of a portfolio is required. Please include case studies that demonstrate your approach to understanding customer problems, designing complex product experiences, iterating through research and testing, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering, and carrying design work through implementation.\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800.
