You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, use research and data to inform design decisions, and champion user-centered design practices throughout the product development lifecycle. This role also provides opportunities to mentor designers and contribute to innovation across customer-facing products and applications.\nResponsibilities\nLead design strategy for a business or product line.\nDevelop a deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate for customer needs across agile teams.\nCreate processes that effectively uncover customer needs and product design opportunities.\nPartner with UX Research to understand user needs and proactively apply insights to design decisions.\nManage user-centered design deliverables and contribute to product and application strategy.\nUse analytics, customer insights, and testing results to inform design and future strategy.\nConduct and iterate user testing in partnership with UX Research teams.\nMentor junior designers and build strong working relationships with technical teams.\nRequirements\nMastery of user-centered design processes.\nMastery of interaction design skills with strong attention to detail.\nProficiency in Human Factors Engineering and user-centered design methodologies.\nAbility to summarize and apply data from analytics, customer insights, and research sources.\nExperience establishing metrics and using data to guide design decisions.\nExpert-level use of design software such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision.\nAbility to produce designs across multiple platforms.\nStrong problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
