The role supervises the planning, organizing, executing and reporting of all Reed Exhibitions campaigns and will be accountable for achieving the shows goals.\nAccountabilities\nEmployee Performance Management\nEnsure new employees are oriented to the organization, its policies, facilities, etc\nEnsure that employees follow the organization’s policies and procedures\nFacilitate Employee Training and Development\nManage individual and team scorecard per month\nValidate individual Productivity using trackers and / or telephone system\nComplete Quality Monitoring for members of the team\nMonitor, assess and provide feedback about employee’s performance\nProvide ongoing guidance to employees in the forms of ongoing coaching and mentoring\nConduct performance appraisal on a regular basis\nComplete 100% coaching and Enabling Performance discussion with team\nDevelop and implement PIP (Performance Improvement Program) if performance is not adequate\nProvide rewards program for employee accomplishment\nLead regular teambuilding activities including strategic planning, RE Cares, Townhall, etc.\nApprove and monitor daily team attendance through Attendance Monitoring Tool\nAttrition - maintain annualized negative attrition at or below 10%\nSupport and drive 80% attendance in at least 3 major employee engagement initiatives during the year\nSupport and drive 80% attendance in at least 1 major corporate social responsibility program during the year\nConflict / Crisis Management\nRegularly review the needs of employees\nHelp, discuss, evaluate and resolve personal and work issues among team members\nInform and monitor employees during times of crisis or disaster to assess situation\nInform the manager of the current situation of team members and recommend solution\nReporting\nSubmit weekly operation performance status report to Reed Exhibitions Manager\nGenerate monthly performance update to Business Unit stakeholder\nUpdate all necessary reports needed by Stakeholders\nEnsure all reports are accurate, updated and submitted on time\nOperational Improvement\nProductivity - Achieve specific and identified team targets\nCompleteness and Timeliness - Achieve team deliverables within Turn Around Time\nQuality / Accuracy - Achieve specific and identified team target accuracy and quality measures\nStakeholder Management - conduct monthly operations review and execute action items agreed with the business unit\nReceive, review and monitor and manage workload and assignments of the team\nManage stakeholder expectations regarding deadlines, quality and efficiency\nDrive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and efficiency as well as partner with Leadership to implement critical actions\nDevelop and implement support plans for overall department operations to meet service level objectives and metrics and manage day-to-day operations\nManage and facilitate the corrective action process, partnering with the manager\nConduct effective workforce planning and responsible for individual career development\nParticipate in the implementation of support plans for product integrations and company acquisitions\nProcess audit - support annual process audit activities\nOperations Standard - support compliance with established processes\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree holder\nTo follow, already requested from HM\nAbility to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
