The role also drives stakeholder collaboration, process improvements, and the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.\nWorking in partnership with the Operations Manager and business stakeholders, the Supervisor promotes team accountability, continuous development, and operational excellence while supporting evolving business needs.\nKey Accountabilities\nPeople & Team Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence team members.\nManage performance, development, onboarding, engagement, attendance, and team coverage.\nBuild a collaborative and accountable team culture that encourages ownership, learning, and knowledge sharing.\nOperations & Service Delivery\nManage workload, priorities, resource allocation, and team capacity to meet agreed quality and turnaround expectations.\nMonitor team performance and operational KPIs, address delivery risks, and handle escalations.\nEnsure processes, documentation, tools, and operational standards are consistently followed.\nCorporate Marketing / Digital Marketing\nOversee Digital Marketing delivery, including intake, prioritization, campaign coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality.\nWork with stakeholders and marketers to translate business priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.\nSupport improvements in marketing processes, tools, automation, and ways of working.\nBusiness Intelligence\nOversee BI services such as reporting, dashboards, recurring insights, and ad hoc analysis.\nHelp clarify business requirements, priorities, KPI definitions, timelines, and expected outputs.\nPromote data quality, reporting consistency, clear documentation, and actionable insights.\nStakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear updates on priorities, capacity, risks, and team performance.\nPartner with stakeholders and the Operations Manager on workforce planning, service improvements, and changing business needs.\nLead process improvement and encourage automation and AI-enabled tools where they improve quality, efficiency, or capacity.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree holder\nPreferably 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.\nExperience leading or supervising teams in marketing operations, digital marketing, business intelligence, analytics, shared services, or a similar environment.\nStrong people leadership, coaching, performance management, workload management, and stakeholder management skills.\nGood understanding of Digital Marketing operations and the campaign lifecycle.\nWorking knowledge of BI and analytics concepts such as reporting, dashboards, data quality, KPIs, and business requirements. Deep technical BI expertise is not required.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.\nOrganized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nExperience with process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled workflows is an advantage.\nWilling to work on a mid-shift schedule and align with supported stakeholders as required.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
