You can learn more about LexisNexis Risk at this link risk.lexisnexis.com\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA strong hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems\nSomeone who takes ownership of systems end-to-end.\nA collaborator who works effectively with engineers across geographies.\nA mindset focused on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.\nClear communicator who can explain technical concepts to both engineers and stakeholder\nResponsibilities\nProvide systems engineering, administration, and operational support for enterprise infrastructure and product environments.\nDesign, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux, UNIX, Windows, virtualization, storage, and container platforms.\nMonitor systems, respond to alerts and incidents, and support incident, change, and problem management processes.\nInstall, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, enterprise infrastructure, and applications.\nAdminister VMware environments, support OpenStack migrations, and maintain virtual machines for sandboxes, training, and issue reproduction.\nBuild, administer, and maintain OpenShift clusters and perform vulnerability remediation for Linux and Windows servers.\nSupport enterprise services including storage, virtualization, SQL Server, and shared platforms; experience with Oracle, IBM MQ, and IBM AIX is advantageous.\nDevelop automation scripts, perform system administration tasks, and manage system configurations across multiple environments.\nAnalyze system performance, enhance monitoring and alerting, and recommend improvements to reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with internal teams and vendors, maintain technical documentation, participate in on-call and maintenance activities, and perform other assigned duties.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nVMware vSphere administration.\nOpenStack virtualization platforms.\nRed Hat OpenShift (on-premises) administration.\nEnterprise storage technologies.\nScripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar).\nSystem monitoring, logging, and performance management tools.\nMicrosoft SQL Server experience.\nOracle, IBM MQ, or IBM AIX experience.\nExperience supporting infrastructure migrations and virtualization platforms.\nLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
