You will contribute to shared infrastructure, improve automation, and enhance the reliability and performance of our systems.\nYou’ll play a key role in shaping DevOps best practices, improving developer experience, and driving operational excellence across multiple products.\nAbout the Role:\nSystems Engineer III role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure AWS infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, production Kubernetes, observability, and incident response, plus driving automation and cost optimization. Requires 4+ years' hands-on DevOps experience, strong AWS/Kubernetes/Terraform skills, and scripting proficiency (Python/Bash). Ideal candidate is a hands-on owner who collaborates well across distributed, global teams.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.\nDevelop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.\nBuild, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and fast software delivery.\nImplement and improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure system reliability.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution.\nCollaborate with Development and Product teams to improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity.\nOptimize cloud usage and contribute to cost efficiency and governance.\nContribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.\nContribute to shared platform engineering efforts across global DevOps teams.\nRequirements:\n4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles in a product-based environment.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS\nSolid experience with Kubernetes in production environments.\nProven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).\nStrong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus, ELK stack).\nStrong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers.\nProficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, or similar).\nExperience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nGood understanding of cloud security, networking, and system design principles.\nStrong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a distributed team.\nAWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.).\nExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet).\nFamiliarity with data systems like PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.\nExperience with containerization (Docker) and microservices architectures.\nExposure to cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.\nUnderstanding of release management and deployment strategies.\nExperience working in large-scale, multi-product environments.\nWork in a way that works for you: -\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
