Our Technical Consultant team specializing in fraud detection, digital identity, and behavioral biometrics.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in digital identity, device intelligence, behavioral biometrics and fraud detection technologies, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of solution design and integration.\nYou’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, fraud strategy, product, engineering, and client stakeholders, to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of ThreatMetrix® Dynamic Decision Platform® (DDP) suite of products and capabilities.\nResponsibilities\nClient Engagement & Solution DesignAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients during the onboarding and implementation of ThreatMetrix.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, effective fraud detection rules and integration plans.\nConduct technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and configuration sessions with clients.\n\nTechnical Integration & SupportLead the implementation of DDP and supporting product SDKs, APIs, and policy configurations across web and mobile environments.\nSupport client teams through technical troubleshooting, testing, and go-live activities.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues or integration blockers.\n\nPlatform ConfigurationConfigure custom rules and decisioning logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine.\n\nStakeholder CollaborationPartner with fraud strategy and risk teams to align technical configurations with risk appetite and business goals.\nWork alongside product and pre-sales to provide technical guidance when needed.\n\nRequirements\nRequired:\nPrior experience in software engineering or mobile application development (native or hybrid).\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills.\nStrong consulting and client management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder environments.\nHands-on experience with one or more of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).\nKnowledge in SQL, Python, or other data analytics capabilities.\nAt least 2+ years of experience in solution implementation for enterprise clients.\nWillingness to learn new technologies constantly with new product acquisitions.\nGood to have:\nStrong understanding of digital identity signals, device fingerprinting, and behavioral biometrics.\nExperience writing business rules for real-time decisioning systems.\nBackground in financial services, fintech, or e-commerce risk management will be ideal.\nFamiliarity with other fraud platforms (e.g., BioCatch, Kount, Riskified) will be valued.\nFluency in second language - Mandarin preferred.\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
