Leveraging your technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer-focused approach, you will guide clients through the implementation lifecycle, helping them translate business and compliance requirements into effective platform configurations and integrations. In this highly collaborative and customer-facing role, you will work directly with compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful deployments, adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing best practice recommendations and helping customers maximize the value of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver implementation projects for customers across the Financial Crime and Compliance product portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.\nGather, analyze, and document customer business, compliance, and technical requirements.\nConfigure and customize platform solutions to align with customer processes, risk policies, and operational needs.\nSupport technical integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, webhooks, and related technologies.\nAct as a trusted advisor by providing product expertise and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.\nFacilitate workshops, training sessions, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities with customers.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful customer outcomes.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from operational users to executive sponsors.\nIdentify implementation risks, proactively communicate challenges, and contribute to mitigation plans.\nEnsure successful project handover and transition to Customer Success and Support teams following project completion.\nContribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and best practice development within the Professional Services organization.\nRequirements\nExperience in a customer-facing role such as Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, Solution Engineering, or Technical Support.\nExperience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS solutions.\nKnowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and integration concepts.\nAbility to gather and translate business requirements into technical solution designs and system configurations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve customer challenges.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, from analysts and investigators to C-level executives.\nAbility to manage multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExperience working within project timelines, service commitments, and customer success objectives.\n Nice to have\nExperience in Financial Crime Compliance, including one or more of the following areas:\nKYC (Know Your Customer)\nAML (Anti-Money Laundering)\nTransaction Monitoring\nScreening\nFraud Detection and Prevention\nCustomer Due Diligence (CDD)\nEnhanced Due Diligence (EDD)\nRisk Scoring and Risk Assessment\nExperience working with financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, or regulated industries.\nUnderstanding of cloud-based SaaS architectures and integration patterns.\nIdioms:\nNative or fluent Portuguese with professional proficiency in Spanish and English. \nWork Location:\nThis is a Hybrid position in São Paulo - Brasil\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
