Embedded in cross-functional product teams and reporting to the Unit lead, you’ll implement modern designs using a contemporary tech stack, contribute to architectural decisions, champion engineering best practices, and mentor other developers.\nYour responsibilities may include\nWorking within cross-functional teams, crafting sophisticated design and modern web that directly engage our users and drive business outcomes\n\nLeading the development and optimization of new and existing web applications using our cutting-edge stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Sanity, and the latest in modern tooling. You'll be at the forefront of implementing solutions that are performant, scalable and maintainable\n\nImproving our architecture by engaging in critical discussions on software architecture, technology selection, and framework adoption, directly influencing the technical roadmap\n\nCultivating engineering culture, lead by example in code quality, and contribute significantly to our CI initiatives\n\nMentoring junior and mid-level developers, help build a collaborative team that thrives on continuous learning and improvement\n\nEnhance the efficiency of business users and enable effective tradeoffs across business and technology\n\nDrive and impact business results, by optimizing conversion funnels, building new features and improving site performance to directly impact sales and enhance the customer journey\n\nWe are looking for candidates with the following experience\n4+ years of software development experience\n\nExperience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React in medium to large-sized codebases\n\nExperience with Tailwind CSS\n\nExperience collaborating and communicating within cross-functional teams, including UX and visual designers, test automation engineers, and product managers\n\nIt would also be beneficial if you have\nRelevant experience in eCommerce, including familiarity with eCommerce engines\n\nExperience as a full-stack developer\n\nExperience with Sanity\n\nUniversity degree in computer science or a related field\n\n(Don't meet every single requirement?
