The analyst will collaborate across the organization to identify improvement opportunities, document requirements, support solution design and implementation, and help ensure users adopt new processes and tools successfully.\nThe primary focus of the role will be Finance and Accounting processes, including financial reporting, planning, working capital, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and effective use of IFS and Power BI.\nSpecific Responsibilities\nProcess Improvement & Business Analysis\nAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and user experience.\nPartner with business leaders to understand challenges, define requirements, and recommend practical solutions.\nDocument business processes, requirements, and future-state workflows.\nFacilitate root-cause analysis and support resolution of business process issues.\nSystems Enablement\nHelp business teams gain greater value from IFS, Power BI, AI tools, and other enterprise applications.\nCollaborate across departments to ensure data alignment, avoid duplication, and leverage shared systems.\nServe as a liaison between business users and technical teams.\nSupport system enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, documentation, and user adoption.\nEvaluate opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and process standardization.\nFinancial Analysis & Reporting\nPerform financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.\nAnalyze spending, budgets, forecasts, variances, and working capital trends.\nPresent findings and recommendations to leadership.\nDeliver ad hoc and project-based analysis to support both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.\nSupport working capital optimization efforts, with a focus on cash flow.\nProject & Change Support\nAssist with the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of process and system improvement opportunities.\nSupport business cases and value realization efforts for approved initiatives.\nHelp develop communication, training, and adoption plans for new processes and technologies.\nMeasure and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements.\nQualifications\nRequired Education and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems.\nStrong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes.\nExperience working with ERP systems and business applications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively across departments and influence outcomes without direct authority.\nPreferred Experience/Competencies\nExperience with IFS Cloud, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nExperience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements.\nProcess improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, etc.).\nExperience with reporting, dashboards, automation, or AI-enabled business tools.\nRE Mason Company is a federal contractor and, as such, is required to solicit the disability status and protected veteran status of candidates.
