software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers\nEnglish is at the level B2, both written and spoken, for active communication with native speakers\nComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cycles\nProven track record of owning feature development, from requirements to delivery, with realistic timelines\nExperience working within Scrum and Agile teams\nComfortable writing and maintaining technical and supporting documentation\nKey Requirements:\nStrong commercial experience with Flutter and solid proficiency in Dart\nDeep understanding of cross-platform mobile architecture principles\nExperience with:\nState management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or similar)\nNavigation and complex routing structures\nResponsive and adaptive UI development across multiple screen sizes\nIntegration of REST APIs and/or GraphQL services\nExperience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools)\nPractical experience with App Store and Google Play submission and release processes\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)\nStrong understanding of Git-based workflows and version control best practices\nNice to Have:\nExperience with native mobile development\nProficiency in native iOS
