Much of this infrastructure was recently built and is in its first year of operation-the job is to run it, find where it breaks, and extend it as the company grows, escalating to leadership and counsel where judgment exceeds the role.\nYou have:\nExperience running financial administration in coordination with an external bookkeeper or accounting team\n\nExperience with people-operations fundamentals: onboarding, records and compliance, benefits coordination\n\nExperience reviewing contracts against agreed business terms and managing execution\n\nExperience carrying several operational workstreams simultaneously without oversight\n\nWorking fluency in project management software (Linear, Jira, Asana, etc.)\n\nBonus: California employment-law familiarity; experience in technology, or media organizations; experience building operational processes rather than only running them.\nCompensation\nBase salary $85K-$125K and equity grant depending on level assessment.
