You will be both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can operate with autonomy, partner with product and engineering teams, and build programs that create measurable impact. You'll report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing in our Seattle office and embody our hybrid working model, collaborating with teams in one of our offices 3-days/week.\nYou Will:\nBuild lifecycle strategy across Remitly Global Card and consumer financial products, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.\nDesign and launch experiments across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging- defining P0+ data requirements, hypotheses, building campaigns in MoEngage/Braze (or equivalent), and analyzing performance to create a feedback/implementation loop.\nPartner with product and engineering teams to shape user journeys, improve onboarding flows, and deliver scalable lifecycle programs that integrate into the product experience.\nCollaborate with growth, analytics, product marketing, creative and design teams to align lifecycle campaigns with broader go-to-market and product strategies.\nYou Have:\n5-7 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing.\nProficient in MoEngage/Braze (or equivalent multi-channel engagement platforms); comfortable orchestrating multi-step, multi-channel customer journeys.\n3+ years of experience with data-driven decision-making: designing tests, partnering with analytics to interpret results, and applying insights to improve campaigns.\nExperienced collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate lifecycle marketing into primary product experiences.\nComfortable flexing between strategy, project management, and execution: from roadmap planning to writing test plans, building and QA-ing campaigns, and analyzing outcomes.\nCurious and energized by solving complex lifecycle challenges in new businesses.\nCreated scalable processes and thrived constantly optimizing ways of working using Ai and partnership strategies.\nCompensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $128,000 -$150,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
