We also try to understand how their business works and how technology can help them work better.\n🏠 Offices\nOur company is based in Paris, but our tech team works remotely.\n⚡ Our Values\nBe excellent at what we do\n\nProvide high technical and functional quality to our clients\n\nKindness, honesty, fun, and trust\n\nStay curious and keep learning\n\n✏️ Your responsibilities\nBecome an independent team member, not only a project contributor\n\nBe an expert in what you do\n\nBuild and maintain Node.js backend services for content migration pipelines\n\nDesign and implement data transformation layers that map legacy CMS content to Arc XP format\n\nDebug and solve data problems between source and target systems\n\nBuild reusable components based on Arc design patterns\n\nImprove frontend performance and keep the component architecture clean\n\nMake sure the application follows accessibility and responsive design standards\n\n🎯 You’re the right candidate if you have\n5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript\n\n3+ years of Node.js backend development\n\n3+ years of React development\n\nExperience with Core Web Vitals optimization, web analytics, and accessibility standards\n\nGood understanding of REST APIs\n\nKnowledge of Redis, including caching, pub/sub, and queues\n\nBasic knowledge of Docker and experience working with containers\n\nEnglish at B2+ level\n\nExperience reading and understanding existing codebases quickly\n\nAbility to write code that other developers can easily read and maintain\n\nGood understanding of design patterns and software development best practices\n\n🧩 Will be a big plus\nExperience working with CMS platforms such as Directus, Strapi, etc.\n\nExperience setting up event analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe, Amplitude, or Piano\n\nKnowledge of SEO best practices and optimization\n\nExperience migrating data between different content platforms or databases\n\nKnowledge of performance optimization for content-heavy websites\n\nExperience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure\n\nExperience with custom React-based frameworks\n\n💻 Tech stack on different projects\nBackend: Xano (low-code backend as a service, database, and API layer), NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, tRPC\nFrontend: Next.js, custom React frontends.
