The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend development, comfortable with AI-assisted coding workflows, and capable of taking ownership of features from idea to deployment.\nThis role is best suited for developers who enjoy building products, solving real-world problems, and working in a remote-first, high-accountability culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js\nBuild backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js\nIntegrate databases, authentication systems, and third-party APIs\nWork with Supabase/Postgres for data modeling and management\nImplement Stripe payment flows and webhook integrations\nImprove performance and scalability using Redis and caching strategies\nDeploy and maintain applications on Vercel/cloud platforms\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated tests for critical application workflows, APIs, and end-to-end scenarios where required.\nCollaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams\nUse AI coding tools to improve development speed and efficiency\nParticipate in debugging, optimization, code reviews, and architecture discussions\nTake ownership of features from planning to production release\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js\nGood understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs\nExperience in designing and developing AI agents using modern LLM SDKs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Vercel AI SDK, including orchestration of tool-calling, prompt workflows, and multi-step reasoning systems.\nExperience with test automation, including UI, API, regression, or end-to-end testing will have an edge.\nKnowledge of SQL/Postgres databases\nExperience with GitHub workflows and version control\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently in remote environments\nGood communication and ownership mindset\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with test automation, including UI, API, regression, or end-to-end testing.\nExperience with Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Redis\nHands-on experience with automation
