This position is critical to strengthening and scaling a balanced, automation-led QA strategy across a complex and evolving product.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable and confident in both manual and automated testing, with the ability to independently decide when manual testing is appropriate and when automation is required. This role demands ownership, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility for overall product quality.\nKey Responsibilities\nQA Strategy & Ownership\nOwn end-to-end QA strategy, balancing manual and automated testing based on feature complexity, risk, and release timelines.\nMake independent decisions on what should be automated vs. what should be tested manually.\nDrive continuous improvement in testing practices and coverage.\nAutomation & Manual Testing\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test cases and test suites using Selenium with C#.\nPerform hands-on manual testing for new functionality, edge cases, and exploratory scenarios.\nConvert stable and repeatable manual test scenarios into automated tests.\nExecute regression, pre-release, and scheduled test runs.\nTest Design, Documentation & Management\n\nCreate, maintain, and own, Test cases, Test plans and Use case documentation\nEnsure QA artefacts are clear, structured, current, and reusable.\nMaintain QA documentation without requiring constant follow-ups or supervision.\nCollaboration & Process\nWork closely with developers to understand business logic, edge cases, and system behaviour.\nAlign QA activities with development workflows and release cycles.\nActively contribute to and improve QA workflows, pipelines, and processes within Azure DevOps.\nSupport continuous delivery through structured and predictable QA practices.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMandatory Technical Skills \n\nStrong experience with Selenium for web automation.\nC# scripting (basic to intermediate level is sufficient).\nProven experience creating and maintaining automated regression test suites.\nSolid hands-on experience with manual testing techniques.\nExperience working within Azure DevOps (test plans, workflows, pipelines).\nFamiliarity with Microsoft-based development environments.\nQA Mindset & Approach\nEqually comfortable with manual and automated testing.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability for QA outcomes.\nAble to work independently and take initiative without micromanagement.\nDocumentation-focused with high attention to detail.\nProactive in identifying risks, gaps, and process improvements.\n\nSoft Skills & Working Style\nSelf-motivated and reliable\nComfortable working independently in a remote setup\nClear and proactive communicator
