It is a multifaceted role where the person will be responsible for identifying bugs and issues of software before launching and communicating with the company's clients directly for feedback.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nDevelop test scripts/procedures from information provided in feature abstracts, user stories, and design documentation/requirements\n\nPrepare the test cases to ensure a proper QA for the software products\n\nCreate and maintain Master Test Plan and Test Strategy documents.\n\nExecute test scripts/procedures in both dry runs and actual customer test events.\n\nMaintain regular status updates and assess risks/issues for test script execution.\n\nCreate and maintain test automation framework across multiple projects.\n\nDocument results of tests for the software development team\n\nRecommend improvements in software to enhance user experience\n\nPerform both functional tests and automated tests through the unit testing phases.\n\nDetects the frontend UI issues along with the cross-platform compatibility errors.\n\nCollaborate with the software developer to enhance and improve programs\n\nParticipate in support activities when the need arises\n\nAttend the technology support tickets when required\n\nPrepare and maintain the ‘how to’ and FAQ documentations for the end users\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExcellent communication skills (Native English-speaking capacity)\n\nExtensive experience in software development and testing\n\nExperience installing, programming and flashing software or firmware on embedded devices.\n\nProficiency in creating detailed test cases and writing unit tests and integration tests for programming languages.\n\nExperience in working with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.\n\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and bug-tracking systems (Azure DevOps).\n\nIn-depth understanding in testing the products/projects on the ASP.NET MVC and .NET core stack.\n\nExcellent customer service skills to work with the customers directly to collect real-time feedback and error logs. \n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nWork meticulously, have a good team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility\n\nGreat team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision\n\nPrior experience in SaaS industry will be an added advantage \n\nAbout Remote Office:\nRemote Office is an end-to-end RemoteOps platform providing global HR solutions.
