This role will play a critical part in driving end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, shaping TA strategy, removing hiring bottlenecks, and ensuring timely role closures.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in overseas and offshore hiring for remote teams, proactively partner with stakeholders on requirement gathering, and continuously suggest process improvements to the HR Manager. Prior experience working with Australian or overseas clients will be considered a strong advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nCandidate Screening & Interviews\nTake ownership and conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from requirement intake to offer closure.\n\nConduct in-depth screening and interview rounds for technical positions.\n\nEvaluate and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, technical competencies, and cultural alignment.\n\nEnsure high-quality assessment using structured hiring frameworks and best practices.\n\nTalent Acquisition Strategy & Ownership\nAct as an independent contributor in the team, owning multiple roles simultaneously and driving them to closure.\n\nPartner closely with the HR Manager, team mate and stakeholders for requirement gathering, role calibration, and hiring priorities.\n\nIdentify and remove recruitment bottlenecks to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.\n\nProactively suggest TA strategies, sourcing approaches, and process optimisations.\n\nSupport workforce planning and pipeline-building initiatives for ongoing and future hiring needs.\n\nSystems & Tools\nOwn and actively manage recruitment workflows within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Zoho Recruit preferred.\n\nMaintain accurate, real-time candidate data and documentation across systems.\n\nUse calling and communication platforms confidently for candidate engagement and interviews.\n\nEnsure compliance, reporting accuracy, and recruitment data hygiene.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Senior Tech Recruiter or similar role, handling end-to-end technical hiring.\n\nStrong understanding of IT roles, technical stacks, and screening methodologies.\n\nPrior experience with overseas hiring, offshore remote recruitment is essential.\n\nExperience working with Australian clients or international clients will be an added advantage.\n\nHands-on experience with ATS platforms;
