This includes end-to-end execution from concept and layout to responsive design, integration, and deployment.\n\nGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and development teams.\n\nVisualise the full flow of user experience and define the entire journey of a user story with prototypes, screen designs, wireframes, storyboards, etc.\n\nIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mind maps for the application.\n\nWork with the full-stack developer, providing them with all necessary assets, styling, and source files to build the UI.\n\nDesign user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.\n\nCreate pixel-perfect, responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.\n\nDeliver design assets, components, and specifications for development handoff.\n\nPresent designs to internal and client stakeholders, incorporating feedback through iterative updates.\n\nMaintain and evolve a consistent design system andcomponentlibrary.\n\nIdentifyusability issues and propose intuitive design solutions.\nMust-Have Requirements:Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nAdvanced experience withFigma, including auto-layouts, components, variants, and interactive prototyping.\nStrong understanding of user experience and customer/industrial psychology.\nMinimum of3-5+ years of hands-on experiencein UI/UX design for complex web or mobile applications.\nUp-to-date knowledge of design software likeFigma,Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.\nExperience usingBootstrap CSSand material design frameworks.\nSolid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.\nStrong portfoliodemonstratingdesignprocesses, interactive prototypes, and
