Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities in the HRTech space, helping build a strong foundation for revenue growth.\nThis role is 100% outbound-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch, moving quickly, and adapting messaging across diverse markets. You’ll play a key role in opening conversations, validating market opportunities, and creating qualified pipeline for the sales team.\nKey responsibilities:\nIdentify, research, and prioritize target accounts across LATAM markets.\nExecute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities.\nBuild and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with growth targets.\nConduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and assess fit for our solutions.\nAdapt messaging and outreach strategies to different countries, industries, and buyer behaviors across the region.\nTest, iterate, and optimize outbound sequences to improve engagement and conversion.\nCollaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure smooth pipeline progression.\nIdentify emerging market trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights.\nMaintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in CRM.\nRequirements:\n1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.\nProven success generating pipeline through outbound efforts.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.\nAbility to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining quality.\nExperience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools.\nComfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments.\nFluent English (C2 or equivalent); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.\nAbout YOU:\nYou’re proactive, resilient, and energized by creating opportunities where none exist.
