As the group scales through acquisitions and systems upgrades, they need a Project Manager to own day-to-day execution across three parallel workstreams: acquisition integration, systems integration, and strategic initiatives.\nThis is a high-visibility, high-ownership seat. You will work directly with senior leadership, keep a fast-moving team organized and on schedule, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks in a multi-brand, multi-project environment. The work runs on US Eastern business hours, and the client provides full training on their tech stack.\nThe seat takes a particular kind of trust: leadership will plan on what your status reports say. That is why the job asks for direct answers, blockers surfaced fast, and open items that never age.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou will run three workstreams at once. Each has its own scope and cadence; you are the through-line that keeps all of them moving.\nWorkstream 1 - Acquisition Integration\nRun integration playbooks for newly acquired brands from Day 1 readiness through full operational onboarding.\nCoordinate system cutover activities, user onboarding and process standardization across each acquired entity.\nManage Smartsheet-based integration plans, meeting cadences, action-item logs and executive-ready status updates.\nIdentify blockers early and escalate with clear, direct answers. Leadership expects speed and specificity.\nWorkstream 2 - Systems Integration\nManage the convergence of ERP and CRM platforms across the organization, including ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Sage Intacct and Zoho Desk.\nCoordinate tenant builds, multi-tenant data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nAlign timelines and dependencies across operations, finance, IT, safety and brand leaders.\nEscalate integration risks early and communicate clearly to every stakeholder.\nWorkstream 3 - Strategic Initiatives\nDrive cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to close: scope definition, timeline management, RAID log maintenance and status reporting.\nCoordinate US-side stakeholders (operations, finance, IT, safety and brand leadership) so decisions are made on time.\nProduce executive-ready updates and status reports that give leadership a clear, accurate picture of where each initiative stands.\nRequirements\nNative or near-native English fluency, written and spoken. This is a firm requirement.\n4+ years in project management.\nA demonstrated record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving, shifting-priority environment. Five or more parallel projects is the standard.\nFull follow-through on the exact ask: you surface blockers fast, give direct answers, and do not let open items age.\nDirect, concise and confident communication with US-based executives and cross-functional stakeholders.\nThe ability to translate complex project status into clear language leadership can act on.\nDaily working use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for documentation, analysis, meeting prep and productivity, not experimentation.\nAvailability Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours.\nReliable high-speed internet and a professional remote-work environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to M&A integration, systems implementation or a PMO environment.\nPMP, CAPM or equivalent certification. A practical execution record matters more.\nSmartsheet as a primary project tracking and reporting platform, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel) as daily tools.\nFamiliarity with Zoho Desk, Read.ai, Sage Intacct, AccuLynx or Power BI.\nHome services, specialty contracting or private-equity-backed company experience.\nTools & Software\nSmartsheet: primary project tracking and reporting platform\nMicrosoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel as daily tools\n ERP and CRM platforms in scope: ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Sage Intacct, Zoho Desk (full training provided)\nAlso valuable: Read.ai, Power BI\nAI productivity tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot The client provides full training on their tech stack.
